  • Protect Your Credentials: It’s important to keep your login credentials—such as your email address and password—safe and secure. Use a strong, unique password for added protection, and avoid sharing your account details with others.

How do I make updates to my user account profile?

  1. Navigate to the "Me" Icon:

    • In the upper right corner of the screen, locate the person icon labeled "Me." This is the second icon from the far right.
  2. Access Profile Settings:

    • Click on the downward arrow (carrot) next to the "Me" icon.
    • From the dropdown menu, select "Profile" to go to your profile page.
  3. Edit Your Profile:

    • Once on your profile page, look for the "edit" link under your profile icon. Click on it to open the edit window.
  4. Update Your Information:

    • A window will pop up with a content bar on the left side.
    • You can now start editing your personal information, including your name and email address.
    • Additionally, you can update your professional experience and change your password here.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password, don’t worry! You can easily reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Login Page:

    • Navigate to the login/sign-up page.
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?":

    • Under the login fields, you’ll see a link labeled "Forgot Password?" Click on this link.
  3. Enter Your Email Address:

    • You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
    • Make sure to enter the correct email, and then click "Submit."
  4. Check Your Email:

    • An email with a password reset link will be sent to the address you provided.
    • Open the email and click on the reset link.

    • Once you’ve completed all required course elements, the course will progress to the final segment called "Certificate."
  2. Verify Your Name:

    • In this section, you will be prompted to verify your First and Last name. Ensure your name is correct, as it will appear on your certificate.
  3. Download Your Certificate:

    • After submitting your name, a "Download" button will appear.
    • Click the "Download" button to instantly access your course certificate.

I lost my certificate. How do I obtain a new copy?

Accessing Past Course Completions and Certificates

You can easily access your completed courses and download earned certificates in two ways:

  1. From Your Dashboard:

    • Navigate to your dashboard.
    • Select the course you want to revisit.
    • Click on the Certificate section to download a new copy of your certificate.
  2. Via the "Inbox":

    • In the top right corner, click on "Me" and select "Inbox."
    • Use the search bar on the left to enter the name of the course.
    • The email containing your certificate will appear, and you can download a new copy directly from there.

What if my certificate details are incorrect?

  • For personal details (such as your name or State License #):  If you notice any errors on your certificate, you can easily correct them by navigating to your Profile and updating your details.
  • For course details (such as course name or CE credits):  If the course name or allotted CE credits are incorrect, please reach out to Customer Support as soon as possible via the Contact Us at the bottom of the page. Provide the correct information, and our support team will assist you in issuing a corrected certificate.
  • We strive to resolve any issues promptly, but please refer to the terms and conditions for any specific procedures or timeframes regarding certificate corrections.

How do I take/register for a course?

    • First, make sure you are logged into your account. If you haven’t registered yet, follow the Sign Up instructions to create an account.
  2. Browse or Search for a Course:

    • Once logged in, navigate to the course catalog or use the search bar to find the course you’d like to register for.
    • You can browse by category, topic or use keywords to find specific courses.
  3. Select Your Course:

    • Click on the course title or thumbnail to view the full course details, including the course description, learning objectives and any associated costs.
  4. Click "Enroll" or "Register":

    • Once you've decided on the course, look for the "Enroll" or "Register" button on the course landing page. This is located below the the course description.
  5. Confirm Registration:

    • If the course is free, you will be registered automatically.
    • If the course has a fee, you will be prompted to enter your payment details and complete the registration process.
  6. Start Your Course:

    • After registering, you’ll gain immediate access to the course materials.
    • You can begin your learning journey by navigating to your Dashboard and selecting the course in the My Courses section. Or If you’re already on the course’s landing page, simply click the "Continue" button to begin your course.


How do I pay for a course?

  • During the registration process, you’ll be prompted to enter your payment details.
  • PayPal is our merchant servicer. Payment options include using your current PayPal account or using credit/debit cards as a guest. 
  • Note: Creating a PayPal account is not necessary to complete the payment process.
  • Once your payment is processed, you’ll gain immediate access to the course.

Can I get a refund after paying for a course?

  • Refund policies vary by course. To understand your options, check the course’s terms and conditions or the refund policy on the course landing page.
  • Many of the in-person events offer refunds within a certain timeframe after purchase, but the specific duration and eligibility criteria may vary.

How do I start a course after I have registered?

  • Yes, you can enroll in as many courses as you like.
  • Simply navigate to the course pages and click Enroll or Register for each course you’re interested in.

How do I proceed after taking the quiz?

    • Ensure that you’ve completed all the required sections of the quiz. Some quizzes may need you to answer every question before allowing you to proceed.

  • Your progress is automatically saved, so you can pick up right where you left off without losing any data. Simply log into your account when you're ready to continue, and navigate to the course you were taking to pick up from your last completed lesson or module.

  • You can see the percentage of the course you’ve completed and should be able to easily identify which modules or lessons are still pending.
  • Under My Courses you will see progress bars and inside the course you will see checkmarks next to completed sections, so you can visually track how far along you are in the course.

The site is not loading properly. What should I do?

  • Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or attempt to access the site using a different browser or device.
